Electives and Special Interest Courses

Active Minds Changing Lives

Special Interest Courses are all about your health, for your mind and your body.

Western offers a variety of credit-bearing electives that range from Anthropology and Glassblowing to Environment and Travel; from Fitness and Self-Defense to Sailing and Ultimate Frisbee. There are many to choose from and all elective courses underscore a belief that active minds change lives.

Courses are available in the classroom and online.
