Kathryn Lafond, Wise Woman Herbalist, intuitive energy/health coach, author, speaker and chef offers a window into the mysteries of plants as our neighbors. She respectively taught of wild plants as food and medicine for over 25 years. Mentored by numerous first nation people such as Cha-das-ska-dum Which tal-um and long-lived herbalists of various backgrounds, her focus is on building appreciation and love for the planet we all share.
