Our team has over 13 years of combined event planning and 9 years of project management experience.  Collectively, we have planned and/or coordinated events that have served over 300,000 attendees.

Chelsea Bodamer, Event Coordinator

Chelsea Bodamer, Event Coordinator

Chelsea received her bachelor's degree in Media and Professional Communications with a Certificate in Digital Media from the University of Pittsburgh. She brings with her over five years of experience in event and conference planning at the national level. This experience includes working with non-profit, federal agency, and private partners on a variety of projects focused on homeless services, advocacy and policy, disaster response, and conservation. In her current role, Chelsea is responsible for the management of all-conference cycles within Outreach and Continuing Education (OCE).

Caleb Klein, Conference Services

Caleb Klein, Event Coordinator

Caleb is a Washington native who has called Bellingham home for over 5 years.  He brings a breadth of events experience drawing from almost 4 years as the House Manager for the historic Mount Baker Theatre, several seasons of conferences work at Whitworth University, and, most recently, a complete rebuild of the banquets program for Twin Sisters Brewing Company.  He is passionate about working with clients to craft their vision into an effective and memorable conferences and events.
