“Western's Conference Services provided highly professional technical and planning services for our virtual Annual Meeting. Thanks to their attention to detail, their warm, calm personalities, and their behind-the-scenes magic, our meeting of over 200 people ran far smoother than I could have imagined. We received many kudos from participants about how well the virtual platform worked, thanks to Western’s amazing team. We will use them again and again!”Sarah BracePrincipal & Co-founder, Veda Environmental Pacific States British Columbia Oil Spill Task Force Annual Meeting November 2020
“We hired Western's Conference Services to help us navigate the remote-meeting complexities of the 2020 Salish Sea Shared Waters Forum, an annual gathering of oil spill professionals. They played a critical role in developing guidance and providing training for the forum speakers, presenters, and attendees. They were extremely helpful in many ways beyond their stellar technical live support, such as collecting speakers’ presentations, communicating directly with speakers, creating polls and an end-of-meeting survey, and delivering reports and recordings of the event. The end result was a technically seamless event that far exceeded our expectations. We look forward to working with them again and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and highly capable technical team.”Hilary WilkinsonPrincipal & Co-founder, Veda Environmental Salish Sea Shared Waters Forum
“The event coordinator team is simply excellent at what they do. Their professionalism and expertise ensure that events run smoothly, with participants having the support and tools to participate successfully. We worked with them to plan and then pivot the Salish Sea Ecosystem Conference from in-person to virtual/digital conference as COVID was first shutting everything down. They quickly re-geared and transitioned and were 150% engaged during an incredibly challenging time. I have no qualms recommending their services for conferences and events.”Ginny BroadhurstExecutive Director, Salish Sea Institute Salish Sea Ecosystem Conference
