Our team of event coordinators is here to help with your event planning needs, whether in-person or digital/virtual. We assist with events of many types including conferences, academic and scientific meetings, symposiums, trainings, and workshops.

- Coordination of both on and off campus in-person events
- Start to finish coordination of virtual or digital events.
- Conversion of in-person events to virtual or digital events.
- Contingency planning for smooth transitions from in-person to digital or virtual events
Meet Our Team
Keith Kelley is a native of Hampton, Virginia; he moved to Bellingham in 2011 while he was in the military. Keith spent six years serving his country in the United States Navy Reserve. During that time, he received his bachelor's degree in Business Management from Western Washington University.
After graduation, Keith worked in the private sector before landing a job at Western. Keith has served in various roles at the university, managing a publishing company and the conference services unit. As the Manager of Professional and Continuing Education and Special Projects, Keith is excited to help those who want to continue their education with Western.

Katrina started at Western in 2015, graduating in 2019 with a degree in social justice through film production. Katrina has worked on-campus in many different administrative and academic departments. She worked in Engineering and Design and is coming to us from Fairhaven College. She loves theater, film, and poetry and volunteers at the Pickford and Sylvia Center. She's a big fan of pets, music, and arts, so if you have any show recommendations she would love to hear them!
