Apply to IEP

How to Apply

You must be at least 17 years old at the time of enrollment, unless formally approved by IEP Admissions.

Step 1: Prepare Your Supporting Documents

  • A copy of a passport or government issued identification card with a photo

  • A financial guarantee, quoted in U.S. dollars

    • An official bank statement or sponsor letter in English

    • You must verify that you have at least the total amount indicated for the program and number of quarters you want to attend.

Step 2: Complete Your Free Application

Optional: You may apply for conditional undergraduate admission to Western.

It will take 2-3 days to process applications. An advisor will inform you if there are any questions about your documents.  Students who defer enrollment more than twice, or whose application is more than 6 months old, may need to submit new financial documents.

Step 3: English Placement

Students who submit completed applications will be conditionally admitted to the program. The next step is to complete an online English placement evaluation. There are three parts: speaking and listening, reading, and writing. Each part is about one hour. After you complete all parts of the evaluation you will receive a placement level.

Step 4: Registration

Once you have a placement level you can be officially admitted to the program. To continue with admission you will need to pay a one-time registration fee of $75. This allows us to add you to our system, send your I-20 form with acceptance information, and register you for classes.

Congratulations!
